Privacy Policy
At Ecadrix S.A., holding RUC 1792134567001 and domiciled in Quito, Ecuador, we process our users' personal data in accordance with the Ecuadorian Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPDP) and its implementing regulations. This Privacy Policy describes which data we collect, for which purposes, for how long, and which rights you may exercise.

2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the newsletter subscription form: name and email address. Additionally, subject to your consent, we may process technical data related to browsing activity, such as IP address, device type, browser and cookie identifiers.
3. Purpose of processing
Personal data is used to: (i) send the Ecadrix newsletter about real estate crowdlending in Ecuador; (ii) address queries related to our content; (iii) measure website performance through analytics tools, provided you accept the corresponding cookies.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free, informed, specific and unambiguous consent, given when submitting the subscription form or when accepting cookies through the consent banner.
5. Retention period
We keep the data while your subscription remains active and for a maximum of 24 additional months after your last interaction with our communications, after which it will be deleted or anonymised.
6. Recipients
We do not sell personal data. We may rely on technology providers (email delivery and analytics) that act as data processors and are contractually bound to protect the information under Ecuadorian regulations.
7. International transfers
Some providers may be located outside Ecuador. In such cases, we require adequate protection guarantees, aligned with the standards of the LOPDP.
8. Individual rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent by writing to privacidad@ecadrix.com. You are also entitled to file complaints with the Superintendence of Personal Data Protection of Ecuador.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory or operational changes. The version in force will always be available on this page, together with its update date.
